Disclosure of Third Party Service Provider Fees and Benefits

In line with the National Trading Standards Agency Team (NTSEAT) guidelines, this document discloses any fees, commission payments, or other benefits we may receive from recommending third-party service providers.

While we offer these services because we believe they may be helpful, you are under no obligation to use them. We encourage you to carefully consider all your options before accepting any third-party terms and conditions. It's important to remember that any referral fees we receive are separate from any fees you are obligated to pay.

Specific Services and Potential Benefits:

  • Conveyancing: We may recommend conveyancing services from Rogers & Norton, Cozens Hardy LLP, or Leathes Prior Solicitors. Using their services is entirely optional, but if you do, Arlington Park may receive a payment between £0 and £100 plus VAT.
  • Financial Services: We may recommend mortgage services from Home of Mortgages. If you choose their services, Arlington Park may receive a referral fee of between £100 and £500 plus VAT.
  • Deposit Replacement Scheme: For rental properties, we may offer a deposit replacement scheme through Zero Deposits. This is also optional, and if you choose to use them, the introducer may receive a £5 Amazon voucher or equivalent.

The above referral amounts are intended as a guide, the actual amount we may receive may differ. Your decision is independent of any referral fees. We don't and will not pressure you to use any specific service provider. We advise you do your own research and compare options. Make sure you understand the terms and conditions of any service before agreeing to use it.
