With over thirty years of experience in the property industry, both in London and locally, Stuart brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every aspect of estate agency. He has worked in high-performing offices for major corporate estate agents and was recognised as the top performer for two consecutive years at the largest leading independent agency.
Before founding Arlington Park, Stuart served as an Area Manager for an independent estate agent, overseeing seven branches and managing a lettings portfolio of more than 2,000 properties.
After returning to Norfolk, he ran a successful property development business focused on renovations and new-build homes. His personal experience as both a landlord and a tenant has given him a well-rounded understanding of the property market from every perspective.
Stuart is passionate about building Arlington Park into the go-to agency for local clients—grounded in trust, reliability, and personal service. “The majority of our business comes from recommendations, and we’re proud to be the preferred agent for many local families.”
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys spending time with his family. He has trained in Karate since childhood and holds a third dan black belt. As an instructor at a local club, his discipline and commitment to fitness are clear—he’s a familiar face at gyms across Norwich.
